Jonathan Palley, Idapted co-founder, gave an invited talk at the British Council’s English Research Symposium. The symposium was co-hosted by the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy (The British Council), Beijing Normal University and China Central Radio and TV University.

In the talk, titled “transposing Live ELT to the online medium”, Palley spoke about the challenges faced in delivering a live learning experience online and the innovative solutions Idapted has developed to overcome this challenges.

“At Idapted we’ve worked to develop a live online training solution that is much more than a video-chat with an online whiteboard. “, explained Palley, “the goal of the talk was to explain how we went back to the fundamentals of language acquisition and the online medium and re-imagined how live online learning should work.”
