Working for Idapted has been an incredible experience! When I first began, I thought working from home, choosing my own hours, and being able to teach in my PJs would be the best part-- I was wrong! While these things are definitely a plus, it is actually the environment created by Idapted's staff, fellow trainers, and even students that is truly amazing. Not only do you get to work with people that are as enthusiastic and committed to teaching as you are, but you get to teach eager and excited students, too! Working at Idapted can be summarized best with one simple word: Fun! I hope you will come and join us.

Working at Idapted has been a wonderful experience. I get to work with so many friendly and helpful people, that I sometimes can’t wait to sign for work. I have always been a learner of new languages, but never a teacher, so now it is such a great feeling to have the tables turned and help these students succeed. Working from home is best part; I can sit in a comfortable place, in comfortable clothes and I don’t have deal with any type of commuting traffic - it’s perfect. I am able to select the hours that I am available to work, rather than be told when and where I need to be. It’s ideal for someone who likes flexibility and responsibility at the same time.

My job as a trainer for Idapted has been phenomenal. I took the job in hopes of earning some extra money part time. I have found that I really enjoy working with the other trainers and working with students. I thought it would be a cold and impersonal job, never seeing my co-workers at the “office”, but the opposite is true. I feel very close to the other trainers and the management team is great. We enjoy the time we spend on line helping others to practice the English language. If you are looking for a rewarding position, don’t hesitate.....Michele

As a trainer you have the daily opportunity to speak with the future of China in the making. Our students run the gamut of backgrounds and situations, from those in the workforce already shaping a vast economy, to students of Math, Science, Engineering, History, Literature and every other imaginable course of study and you’ll get to exchange opinions and ideas and to learn just as much as you teach our neighbors of the far east.
Also, at Idapted your feedback and opinions are not only welcome, but sought after. Idapted trainers are active members of a dynamic team of technology, business, education and other professionals that together are revolutionizing the way language training is approached and achieved on a global scale. You will find that your opinions aren’t just left moldering in the proverbial “suggestion box”, but almost immediately presented for analysis, evolution, and/or implementation.
